
Bron Jewelry Terms of Delivery
These Terms of Delivery (hereafter referred to as the “Terms”) apply whenever you purchase a product from Bron Jewelry through our website. The Terms may be updated from time to time, for example to reflect changes in technology, our business model, system capacity, or applicable laws and regulations. We therefore kindly ask that you review and accept the Terms each time you place an order.
When we use “you” or “your,” we mean you as a user of our website. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Bron Jewelry. If you do not agree to these Terms, unfortunately you will not be able to order or purchase jewelry through our website.
Right of Withdrawal
When you purchase a piece of jewelry through our website, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without providing a reason. The withdrawal period depends on the type of product:
- In-Stock items: The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the date on which you – or a third party designated by you – physically receives the jewelry. Returns can only be accepted if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and shows no signs of wear.
- Made-to-Order items: Jewelry that is made to order may take up to 30 days for delivery and is excluded from the right of withdrawal. These pieces are crafted specifically for you and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless the item is defective or contains an error that falls under our warranty.

Ordering
Our website is available 24/7, although it may occasionally be down for maintenance. We strive to schedule such updates at night when possible. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid form of payment accepted by us. Orders can only be delivered to residential or business addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
We reserve the right to cancel an order under any of the following circumstances, without being held liable for any compensation:
- Payment information is incorrect or unverifiable
- There is an unintentional error on the website, such as incorrect pricing
- There is reason to believe the purchaser is under 18 years old
- The order appears to be made for fraudulent purposes or in connection with illegal activity
Before finalizing your order, you will have the opportunity to review and edit your details, including shipping address, billing information, and payment method. You can also modify the contents of your cart.
During checkout, you may choose to pick up your jewelry from a Bron retailer (available for in-stock items only). In this case, payment is made at the store upon pickup.
Once your order is placed, a confirmation screen will appear and a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. At that point, your order is officially confirmed and binding. Afterward, the terms regarding withdrawal and returns will apply.

Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

If you choose to have your jewelry shipped, payment is completed via the selected payment service at checkout. Once payment is received, your order will be processed.
If you prefer to pick up your jewelry from a Bron retailer (in-stock items only), you may pay at the time of pickup.
Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver online orders to addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Austria. Orders are delivered Monday through Friday.
- In-Stock items: Delivered within 1 to 3 business days
- Made-to-Order items: Delivered within a maximum of 30 days
At checkout, you can choose to have your jewelry delivered to your home or pick it up from a Bron retailer (only for in-stock items). Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Our logistics partner is DHL Express. Using “On Demand Delivery,” you can select your preferred delivery date, location, and time. You may also choose to pick up your package from a nearby DHL service point.
A signature is always required upon delivery. This does not necessarily have to be yours—anyone at the delivery address (e.g., a family member, roommate, receptionist) may sign on your behalf.
DHL Express will make up to three delivery attempts. You can schedule these in advance via the On Demand Delivery service. In most cases, the first attempt is successful. If delivery fails, DHL will send a notification with the address of a nearby DHL service point, where your package will be held for approximately 10 days before being returned to Bron Jewelry.
Please note that the risk of loss or damage to the jewelry transfers to you upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, you should refuse to accept it. If the contents do not match your order or differ from your expectations, please contact our customer service team. See also "Incorrect or Damaged Delivery" below.
Withdrawal and Returns
You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, physically receive the jewelry.
- In-Stock items: These may be returned within the 14-day window, provided they are in unused, undamaged condition and returned in the original packaging.
- Made-to-Order items: These are custom-made and are not eligible for return, cancellation, or exchange unless defective or incorrect as covered under warranty.
If you are not fully satisfied after delivery, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. Our contact details are listed under "Company Information" above. We are happy to explore a solution with you.
To exercise your right of withdrawal (when applicable), you must notify us in writing, either by post or email. You may use the return form provided with your order.
Refund Process
If you withdraw from a purchase (in-stock items only), we will refund your payment without delay once we have received the returned jewelry in good condition. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Return shipping costs are covered by us. However, any fees charged by your credit card provider would be at your own expense.
You must return the jewelry promptly and no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal. Always keep proof of drop-off at the DHL service point.
Loss of Value
From the moment you receive the jewelry, you are responsible for any damage or decrease in value. All returned items will undergo a quality inspection. If there are signs of damage, wear, or other devaluation, we may issue a reduced refund.
Refunds are generally processed within 14 days after we receive the returned items. The amount refunded will reflect any loss of value and will be issued once our atelier confirms the jewelry’s condition.
Incorrect or Damaged Delivery
If the item you receive does not match your order or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately and provide your order number and, if available, the jewelry reference number.
If you notice the issue upon delivery, we ask that you refuse the package.
You have the following options for incorrect or damaged items:
- Return the item for a full refund
- Return the item and receive a replacement
- Keep the item if you decide you like it after all
We always cover the return shipping costs. A refund of the purchase price and any additional charges will be issued once we receive the item, unless you have chosen to receive a replacement.
Additional Terms
While we aim to keep our website accurate, we cannot guarantee it is entirely error-free. We reserve the right to cancel purchases due to typographical errors, stock shortages, or force majeure situations, such as supply chain disruptions.
Colors and quality of our products may not display identically on your device. This depends on your screen settings. Natural gemstones may vary slightly in color and shine, which we do not consider a quality issue.
We do our best to ensure all information is correct. However, if a purchase is based on inaccurate pricing or product details, we reserve the right to cancel it. We will inform you by email and/or phone.
