Made-to-Order

Our website makes it easy to order jewelry that is crafted especially for you. These Made-to-Order pieces are not part of our standard in-stock collection but are created upon request, such as in a specific size or with a particular gemstone. The delivery time is up to 30 days. 

Before we begin production, we always check whether your desired piece is available at one of our Bron Boutiques. If it is, we may be able to deliver it much sooner.

Please note: Because Made-to-Order jewelry is custom-made by our skilled artisans in the Netherlands, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. This does not apply in the case of a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty.

Which jewelry is available Made-to-Order?

At this time, all of our jewelry featuring the following gemstones is available as Made-to-Order:

London Blue topaz, lemon quartz, citrine, blue topaz, smoky quartz, moonstone, amethyst, iolite, rose quartz, hessonite, and rhodolite.

These gemstones are carefully selected for their consistent color and character. Visually, they closely resemble what you see on our website. However, please keep in mind that gemstones are natural products. The actual color and nuance of each stone may vary slightly from the images shown online. This can be due to natural variations in the gemstones as well as the display settings of your screen.

To avoid any surprises, we recommend visiting a certified Bron dealer or one of our Bron Boutiques to view the pieces in person. Not sure about the color or look of a gemstone? Stop by for personalized guidance and inspiration. We’re happy to help!

Delivery & Returns

Delivery Time

The production time for Made-to-Order jewelry is up to 30 days. If the piece is already available in one of our boutiques, we may be able to ship it sooner.

Returns & Cancellations

• In-Stock items: You have the right to return in-stock items within 14 days of receipt. Returns are accepted only if the item is unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Made-to-Order items: These pieces are excluded from the standard return policy, as they are made specifically for you. Returns or cancellations are only possible in the case of a manufacturing defect covered under our warranty.
