Shipping
1. General Information
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands to the address you provide at checkout. For security reasons, our packages do not display the Bron Jewelry name.
We work with DHL Express for all deliveries. A signature is required upon delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the package will be redirected to a nearby DHL service point. You will receive a notification with further instructions.
If your order includes multiple items, we will ship all in-stock pieces immediately. Made-to-Order items are crafted especially for you and take longer to produce (up to 30 days). These will be shipped separately unless otherwise agreed.
2. Free Shipping on All Orders
We offer free shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required, to countries within our delivery zone: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Austria.
If your country is not listed, it is unfortunately not possible to place an order through our online shop at this time. However, if you are interested in a Bron Jewelry piece, please feel free to contact our customer service team. We would be happy to help you explore options.
3. Delivery Times
In-Stock items
- Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria: 1 to 3 business days
Made-to-Order items
- These are crafted specifically for you and have a delivery time of up to 30 days, depending on the complexity of the design.
4. Track & Trace
All shipments are insured and include a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details (please check your spam folder if you do not see it right away).

Returns & Exchanges
1. Returns
Online orders of in-stock items are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Returns are free through DHL Express, or you can drop them off at one of our Bron Boutiques:
- Bron Boutique Naarden: Het Arsenaal, Kooltjesbuurt 1, 1411 RZ Naarden Vesting
- Bron Boutique Rotterdam: Van Vollenhovenstraat 21a, 3016 BG Rotterdam
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned or dropped off within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, returned in their original packaging, and accompanied by a completed return form.
To return your order, please follow these steps:
- Complete the return form included with your shipment.
- Follow the instructions on the form to schedule your return with DHL Express.
- Keep your shipping receipt as proof of return.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply if you simply refuse delivery or fail to collect your package from the courier.
Refunds for In-Stock Items
If you decide to withdraw from your purchase, we will refund your payment without delay as soon as we have received the jewelry in good condition. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. The return shipping costs are covered by us. However, any additional fees charged by your credit card provider will be for your own expense.

Please note: Made-to-Order items cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged, as they are made specifically for you according to your preferences and specifications, unless there is a defect or error that falls under our warranty policy.
